IRON MAN HELMET

The Iron Man helmet was created as a gift for our boss’ milestone birthday. Crafted out of 5mm foam, I built this helmet off of the templet created by Xieng Prod, making my own stylistic choices to fit my desires for the helmet. This project presented new challenges, as I also wanted the eyes to light up. Using spare parts out of cheap flashlights and old LED Chinese lanterns, I soldered (a first for me) the wires up to a switch and diffused them with privacy vinyl.
